Our history

The company BECCO INDUSTRIAL, S.A DE C.V. was founded in May 3, 1974 with partners and 100% national capital. Originally it began operations in San Juan Ixhuatepec, municipality of Tlalnepantla, Edo. of Mexico with the production and formaldehyde commercialization in a plant of 400 ton/year  of capacity and national technology. Also materials of the companies Angus and Daiichi were marketed.

In 1982 the plant grew and there was necessity to be changed to Tulpetlac, municipality of Ecatepec, Edo. of Mexico, where apart from the formaldehyde, the production of the D-pantothenate of Calcium began (Vitamin B5) hexametilentetramine, and the commercialization products were enlarged when making commercial alliances with the company Elementis Specialties (Rheox).

From October 1995, due to the growth in production capacity and commercialization products, we had the necessity to relocate the plant to an industrial site in Lerma in the municipality of Lerma, Edo. Of Mexico, in our own lands, closing the operations in the old plant of Tulpetlac.

The new plant in Lerma has modern facilities and technological equipment that meet the needs of the market as well as the official requirements in security and ecology.  Since September of 2000 we have the certification ISO 9001 from the German company DQS.
